I have had this blog for ages, but I never posted in it, but now that I have two boys, I think it's time that I started again.
Olly has reflux quite badly, and because I'm breastfeeding him I'm on a very restricted diet. I've been gluten free for a long time, but now I also have to cut out lactose, onions, soy, sugar (and a few other things).
That means NO CHOCOLATE....... And this is from the chocoholic herself lol.
So it means that I've had to do a lot more from scratch cooking so that I'm eating things that don't affect Olly, thought I would just post my favourites here so that I don't lose them :)
An added benefit of this diet is that I've lost 16kg on my pre pregnancy weight, woohoo!
Most of the things I cook are also going to be low fat and low salt as I don't tend to add that stuff when I cook from scratch :)
